ATA Safe Fleet Awards
ORLANDO, FL—The American Trucking Associations (ATA) recently awarded Don Hummer Trucking, Corp., two Safe Fleet Awards during the 2022 Safety, Security & Human Resources National Conference & Exhibition (SSHR).
Don Hummer Trucking received recognition for:
1st Place - Truck Safety for Carriers in the General Commodities: Line Haul category running 20 to 50 million miles per year.
3rd Place - Industrial Safety for Carriers in the General Commodities: Truckload category with 300 to 1,000 employees.
Randy Kopecky, Director of Safety, attended the conference to accept the awards on behalf of Don Hummer Trucking. “Thank you to all our drivers, shop staff and support staff who have always placed an emphasis on safety. It’s because of our commitment to safety that we consistently deliver value to our customers.”
The ATA is a national organization focused on all sectors of the industry. For 85+ years the organization has advocated for the trucking industry, as well as providing education and tools for companies.
