All of our drivers are instructed that they are the front line in maintaining security and must be vigilant at all times. We protect our loaded trailers with kingpin locks when unattended in an unsecured location. This ensures that the trailer cannot be hooked onto an unauthorized tractor.
Our equipment is comprised of late-model tractors and trailers which provide reliable service. On the road breakdowns are rare. If a breakdown does occur, our drivers can alert our dispatchers 24/7 so that we can begin to formulate a plan to secure your freight and deliver it on time. We will call you immediately if we think there may be a delay and provide a realistic solution to you.
All of our company tractors are equipped with MobileMax global satellite positioning units from GeoLogic. Each tractor is “pinged” every hour, 24/7, and the location is downloaded into our dispatch operations system. We also send dispatch load information and other messages to our driver via the satellite. This reduces the opportunity for error or miscommunication of load requirements to the driver. Our owner/operators are in communication through the use of cell phones. We can pinpoint the location of any load within minutes.
