What is the home time policy?
It is our policy that you get home when YOU want to.  We understand that you have a family and other activities that are important to you.  Generally, our drivers are out 5 to 7 days.  It is really up to you!

What fuel card is used?
All drivers are provided with a TCHEK fuel card.

What is the driver advance policy?
You may draw $25 per day from your TCHEK fuel card.  All advances will be deducted from the next regular paycheck.

What kind of driver paperwork is required?
We do not make you fill out detailed trip sheets or envelopes!  All you have to do is stop at one of hundreds of Pilot Travel Centers or Love’s Travel Stops each time you fuel and have the store clerk scan your load documents, receipts and log sheets to us.  Then just drop all the originals into a company provided postage-paid envelope and mail to our office.

Do you provide payroll direct deposit?
Yes!  Your paycheck is automatically deposited wherever you wish.  In fact, you can direct your check be deposited into more than one account.

Can I take my tractor home?
Yes, you may.

What is your rider policy?
We allow one passenger to ride along from May to September.  If it is a minor child, we do require both parents to authorize.  A small insurance policy ($15) is also required, for your protection.

Are tractors assigned?
Yes, you will be provided with your own tractor.

What is your pet policy?
At this time, we do not allow pets to ride along.

What are your benefits?
We offer group medical and dental coverage, group term life insurance and a 401(K) plan.  We also match your 401(K) contributions with company dollars to help your retirement funds grow even faster.  You become eligible for all benefits after only 90 days employment.
