Dispatch Information

Will I have an assigned dispatcher?
Yes, each driver has an assigned dispatcher.  This way the dispatcher learns your preferences and when you want to be home.  Each dispatcher has a dedicated phone number so that you reach them when you call in.

Where is the dispatcher located?
All dispatchers work in the Oxford, IA office.

What are the dispatch office hours?
Our office hours are 8 AM – 5 PM Central time, Monday through Friday.

What do I do when I have after-hours questions or issues?
A dispatcher is available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling our toll free number.  They have access to our computer system.

Do you have satellite dispatch?
Yes, we do.  No more waiting forever on hold to find out your next load!  Your dispatcher finds out where you want to go next and satellites directly to your tractor all of the important information for your next load as soon as you are empty.

What if I have a problem with my dispatcher?
You have many avenues available to you.  You can talk with Angie DeWalle or Jason Tuttle, in safety, or Chris Hummer, Operations Manager.  You can always talk with Don Hummer.  He has an open door policy and is always happy to talk with you and help resolve any problems you may be having.
