Yes, each driver has an assigned driver manager. The driver manager learns your preferences, running style and when you want to be home. Each driver manager has a dedicated phone number so that you reach them when you call in. All staff, including driver managers are physically located in our Oxford, IA corporate office.

Yes, we do. No more waiting to receive your next load! Your driver manager sends a message directly to your tractor containing all of the important information for your next load.
You have many options available to you. You can contact our Operation's Manager or the Human Resources Manager, who would gladly discuss your concerns. Our Vice President, Chris Hummer or President, Don Hummer both have an open door policy and are always happy to talk with you and help resolve any problems.
